Winter 2026 Giveaway Rules

The BorderPass Winter 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is administered by BorderPass (“BorderPass”), located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Eligibility
The BorderPass Winter 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is administered by BorderPass (“BorderPass”), located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This Giveaway is open to international students currently enrolled at one of BorderPass’ partner Designated Learning Institutions (DLI) in Canada, excluding residents of the province of Quebec.
To be eligible, participants must:
• Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry
• Hold a valid Canadian study permit listing a BorderPass partner DLI
• Reside in Canada (excluding Quebec) during the Giveaway period
Employees, contractors, or representatives of BorderPass or its partner institutions are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on December 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on February 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
How to Enter
New Users
• Sign up for a free BorderPass account during the Giveaway period
• Upload your valid study permit to your BorderPass profile
• Upload your valid study permit to your BorderPass profile
Existing Users
• If you already have a BorderPass account, you will be automatically entered if you upload your study permit between December 1st, 2025 to February 27th, 2026
Bonus Entry
Participants may receive one additional entry by:
• Following @borderpassclub on Instagram
• Sending a direct message with the email used for your BorderPass account
Limit: 2 total entries per person (1 regular + 1 bonus).
Incomplete entries or those submitted outside the Giveaway period will not be considered.

Prizes
There will be three (3) winners selected by random draw. Each winner will receive one (1) of the following prize packages:
Prize 1:
Apple Watch SE + $100 BorderPass account credit
Prize 2:
$200 Walmart gift card + $100 BorderPass account credit
Prize 3:
$100 Uniqlo gift card + $100 BorderPass account credit
Prizes will be assigned to winners at random. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period.
Selected participants will be contacted via the email associated with their BorderPass account.
To be confirmed as a winner and receive the prize, selected participants must:
• Respond to the prize notification email within five (5) business days
• Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing question
• Meet all eligibility requirements outlined in these Official Rules
Failure to meet any of the above conditions may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

• Allow BorderPass to use their first name, city, and/or school for promotional purposes if selected as a winner, without further compensation
BorderPass reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical failures or fraud, subject to applicable laws.

Personal information collected during this Giveaway will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and awarding prizes. All data will be handled in accordance with BorderPass’ Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Void in Quebec and where otherwise prohibited.
